During the Milan design week 2017, architect Simone Micheli gives life to a new concept linked to the world of hospitality and aimed at promoting and presenting the innovative approaches of which this sector is the spokesperson and manifesto. Within the strategic location of via Massimiano 6 / via Sbodio 9 – Zona Lambrate an exhibition takes shape that with a curious eye, attentive and aimed at imagining which future scenarios will characterize the world of hospitality, offers a careful and in-depth overview of the change taking place. which leads to the strong increase experienced by the non-hotel hospitality sector in recent years: 4 models of serviced apartments, for 4 different destinations (art, business, sea, mountains) will be dedicated to the 4 international managers of this innovative service, highlighting the qualities, the peculiarities and news both from a content and lexical point of view. Therefore, through a strategic as well as original implementation, the real needs that the guest wishes to see satisfied when he decides to have to deal with a new way of staying, aimed at sociability, sharing of experience and contact with real life that each place offers its visitors. The apartments are imagined as comfortable and welcoming spaces, smart and interactive places, real homes in everyday life, but equipped with what is indispensable even for the guest who for the first time relates to a still unknown environment, from which he wishes feel welcomed and well-liked.
